Roylety Steel Pan Band

The Roylety Steel Pan Band, led by Jim Royle, is based out of Fairfield County in Connecticut. The group performs throughout Connecticut and in the tri-state area, performing at private parties, corporate events, weddings, anniversaries, Caribbean theme parties, and children’s educational concerts.

Roylety Steel Pan can provide ensembles ranging from a five-piece band all the way down to solo pan, depending on your needs. Our repertoire ranges from traditional songs from the Caribbean (Yellow Bird, Jump In The Line), to reggae styles, Jimmy Buffett, and Latin styles. Educational Residencies and Workshops

Reaching out and motivating all generations through steel pan music is a paramount goal of all members of the Roylety Steel Pan Band. The group has developed a unique program of master classes and workshops to accommodate a wide range of ages, from elementary school to adult.

Our concert percussion clinics turn the history of drums into a fun experience for audiences of all ages, including audience participation to make sure that everyone gets a chance to get the direct hands on experience with the wide world of percussion instruments.
